IT CAME FROM OUTER SPACE II
For the Universal remake of "It Came From Outer Space," FLASH FILM WORKS supervised and created all of the visual effects. This movie has a wide variety of effects including digital matte paintings, 3D animated space ship and creature and a number of digital morphs.

For the end of the movie we created a 3D animated transparent liquefied spaceship that was digitally composited into a location plate with actors and a night starfield.

To create this character reverting to his alien form, we morphed the actor into a giant blue blob, using Elastic Reality.
