MIRACLE LANDING

While at Introvision International, William Mesa was Visual Effects Supervisor on the ABC Television Movie of the Week called "MIRACLE LANDING" dealing with a true-life plane airline disaster off the Hawaiian Islands.  The movie won an Emmy Award for "Outstanding Visual Effects."

This shot, of the airplane with the roof blown off, was achieved by using a miniature model of the jetliner.
