| We created some spooky ghost effects in the pilot episode. For this shot, the production company shot three plates. 1) The empty hallway, 2) a foreground plate of the Jennifer Love Hewitt in front of a blue screen and 3) a blue screen element of the actor walking backwards down some blue screen stairs. We ran his plate in reverse so instead of walking backwards he walks up the stairs, this created a slightly weird effect that added to the look. Then we composited the three elements together to create the finished shot below. | ||
